OIL: produced in-house
We have around 600 olive trees of the following varieties: Pendolino, Leccino and Moraiolo
Three varieties of olive tree have been growing here for generations — the Pendolino, with its branches that gently slope towards the ground; the Leccino, robust and bountiful, capable of withstanding even the cold of winter; and the Moraiolo, whose small, dark olives yield an extraordinary oil every November. From their combination comes something unique: our own home-produced olive oil.
